To obtain ORGANIC extra virgin olive oil, there are strict rules dictated by the specifications, which pay particular attention to the cultivation, harvesting, transport, storage, cleaning, milling and conservation phases.

LaRiservaBio pays highest attention to the rules of organic farming governed by European Regulation (EC) 834/07 and its amendments to guarantee great taste and a product free from artificial additives.

A family run business

laRiservaBio represents an authentic family-run company, a reality managed with passion by our owner, Mrs. De Rossi Anna Maria, together with her husband Giovanni, an agronomist. This collaboration is a fundamental element that allows us to combine technical knowledge with love for the land, guaranteeing the utmost care in every phase of the production process.

Local production

The production chain is entirely oriented towards obtaining a genuine product: our olives, grown organically on our farm, are harvested early, from the beginning of October. The olives are taken to the oil mill daily and pressed within a few hours with a cold extraction system.

The best olives

Our company includes approximately 50 hectares of hilly land, where olive growing predominates, in particular the Canino variety, which gives the oil exceptional organoleptic qualities: low acidity, high polyphenol content, intense fruity aroma, long shelf life.

Treated with care

Our extra virgin olive oil is carefully stored in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature and in a nitrogen atmosphere; then packaged immediately before being sold.
