For all orders received, laRiservaBio is committed to carefully packing and protecting your packages.

Shipments are made via express courier, which ensures deliveries within 2 working days (3-4 days for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and remote areas) from the shipping date. Once shipped, an email will be sent containing the link to follow delivery updates.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 19.00.

In particularly cold or too hot periods we prefer to ship by Wednesday to avoid the oil remaining in the courier's warehouses for too many days.

We recommend that you enter an address where the courier can find someone to collect the package. It is not necessary to indicate a home, you can easily have your order delivered wherever you prefer, for example to the office. Or you can opt to collect the goods at a GLS Point.

The courier will make a first delivery attempt, if this is not successful, he will try a second time the following working day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be stored and additional costs may be charged for the release.

LaRiservaBio assumes no responsibility for any delays due to transport but we will still try to assist you and urge the transporters to allow you to enjoy our products as quickly as possible.

At the time of delivery we invite you to check the integrity of the package. If you find any anomalies (open envelope, package closed with another tape, openings, etc.) you must sign subject to inspection, specifying the problem encountered. In case of signature without reservation, no complaints will be accepted if the product is damaged.

Any anomalies or defects found on a product must be reported within 24 hours, based on the proof of delivery provided by the carrier, from receipt of the product using the email address. Complaints will not be accepted for reports received after the indicated time limit.
