laRiservaBio is a family-run organic farm, managed by the owner Anna Maria and her husband Giovanni who, being an agronomist, brings the necessary technical skills for the production of a superior quality oil.

The company, organic for about 30 years, is located in Tuscia, in the province of Viterbo, an area particularly suited to the production of high quality EVO oil, thanks to the presence of volcanic soils, the ideal climate and the presence of a variety of quality olives such as Canino or Caninese, cultivated since Etruscan times.

In addition to being located in an area with excellent pedoclimatic characteristics, RiservaBio has always been committed to the production of quality products, through the adoption of production techniques that respect the environment, the health of consumers and workers.
By quality we mean not only a good flavour, but also food health due to the absence of chemical residues and the high presence of beneficial nutritional elements.
