Description

We only use artichokes grown in our company, picked at the right ripeness and processed in the shortest possible time.

The artichokes are peeled by hand, blanched in water and vinegar and placed in a jar together with our extra virgin olive oil. The result is a product made at home by our grandmother, which retains the fragrance of the artichoke and oil.

Ingredients (all organic): Artichokes 64%, extra virgin olive oil 34%, wine vinegar, sea salt, lemon juice.
