TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present General Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of products offered on the website lariservabio.it, carried out remotely and made available via the Internet, in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts, pursuant to the Legislative Decree 70/2003, Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent integrations with theArticle 49 of Legislative Decree 21/2014 of the Consumer Code.

The products are sold by The Bio Reserve, with headquarters in Strada della Peschiera 2, 01017 Tuscania (VT), owner of the site and the domain lariservabio.it (hereinafter referred to as Salesperson).

Before sending an order, the Buyer is required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale, available on the site lariservabio.it, for storage and playback.


1. APPLICABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding, acceptance and execution of purchase orders for the products offered on the site lariservabio.it.


2. PRICES

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and may be subject to change without notice. The Buyer is required to check the final price before placing the order.


3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The purchase order is made by the Buyer sending the order form (also called “Shopping Cart”) in electronic format, and by transmitting it to the Seller following the relevant instructions.

The order form contains:

  • A referral to the present General Conditions of Sale and to theInformation on the right of withdrawal;
  • A summary of information about the products ordered and their price (including applicable taxes and charges);
  • The payment and delivery methods available;
  • Shipping costs and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

The Buyer is required to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and to verify the data entered before completing the order.

By sending the order form, the Buyer declares that he has understood and accepted the content of the General Conditions of Sale, from the Privacy Policy and the legislation on the right of withdrawal.

The contract is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Seller, which will be communicated via confirmation email.

The Seller reserves the right not to process incomplete, incorrect or non-valid payment orders. In these cases, the Seller will inform the Buyer by email and will refund any sums already paid.


4. PAYMENT METHODS

The Buyer can make the payment through the following methods:

  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express) – Secure and encrypted transactions. Orders placed within 14:00 will be shipped the same day.
  • PayPal – Immediate payment and no additional costs.
  • Bank transfer – Bank details will be provided after ordering. Shipping will take place once the payment has been credited to the Seller's account.
  • Mark – Cash on delivery with a surcharge of €4.00. It is recommended to prepare the exact amount to be given to the courier.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Riserva Bio is committed to carefully packaging the products to ensure their integrity during transport.

Shipments are made via express courier with the following delivery times:

  • 2 working days for most destinations;
  • 3-4 working days for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and remote areas.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

In periods of extreme temperatures, shipments can only be made within Wednesday to avoid the products remaining in the courier's warehouses for too many days.

Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer will receive anconfirmation email with the link to track the delivery.

If the courier cannot find the recipient, he will attempt a second delivery next working day. In case of non-receipt even on the second attempt, the package will go to stock and could be applied additional costs.

Riserva Bio is not responsible for any delays due to transport, but undertakes to provide support to the Buyer for the management of the delivery.


6. CHECK OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS

Upon delivery, the Buyer is required to check the integrity of the package. In the event of anomalies (open envelope, package closed with different tape, signs of tampering), it is necessary sign with reservation of inspection, specifying the problem encountered.

Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, using the email address info@lariservabio.it.

No complaints will be accepted after the deadline indicated.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Since it is about food products, for safety and hygiene reasons, The product cannot be returned once received.


8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The sales contract is deemed to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law.

For the resolution of any disputes, if the Buyer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of residence of the Buyer. In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Viterbo Forum.

The present General Conditions of Sale can be modified at any time, also based on any regulatory changes.
