TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h3>

The present General Conditions of Sale<\/strong> regulate the purchase of products offered on the website lariservabio.it<\/strong>, carried out remotely and made available via the Internet, in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts, pursuant to the Legislative Decree 70\/2003, Legislative Decree 206\/2005<\/strong> and subsequent integrations with theArticle 49 of Legislative Decree 21\/2014 of the Consumer Code<\/strong>.<\/p>

The products are sold by The Bio Reserve<\/strong>, with headquarters in Strada della Peschiera 2, 01017 Tuscania (VT), owner of the site and the domain lariservabio.it<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as Salesperson<\/strong>).<\/p>

Before sending an order, the Buyer is required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale<\/strong>, available on the site lariservabio.it<\/strong>, for storage and playback.<\/p>

1. APPLICABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/strong><\/h4>

These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding, acceptance and execution of purchase orders for the products offered on the site lariservabio.it<\/strong>.<\/p>

2. PRICES<\/strong><\/h4>

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT<\/strong> (Value Added Tax) and may be subject to change without notice. The Buyer is required to check the final price before placing the order.<\/p>

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/strong><\/h4>

The purchase order is made by the Buyer sending the order form<\/strong> (also called \u201cShopping Cart\u201d) in electronic format, and by transmitting it to the Seller following the relevant instructions.<\/p>

The order form contains:<\/p>

  • A referral to the present General Conditions of Sale<\/strong> and to theInformation on the right of withdrawal<\/strong>;<\/li>
  • A summary of information about the products ordered and their price (including applicable taxes and charges);<\/li>
  • The payment and delivery methods available;<\/li>
  • Shipping costs and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.<\/li><\/ul>

    The Buyer is required to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale<\/strong> and to verify the data entered before completing the order.<\/p>

    By sending the order form, the Buyer declares that he has understood and accepted the content of the General Conditions of Sale<\/strong>, from the Privacy Policy<\/strong> and the legislation on the right of withdrawal.<\/p>

    The contract is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Seller, which will be communicated via confirmation email<\/strong>.<\/p>

    The Seller reserves the right not to process incomplete, incorrect or non-valid payment orders. In these cases, the Seller will inform the Buyer by email and will refund any sums already paid.<\/p>

    4. PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/h4>

    The Buyer can make the payment through the following methods:<\/p>

    • Credit card<\/strong> (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express) \u2013 Secure and encrypted transactions. Orders placed within 14:00<\/strong> will be shipped the same day.<\/li>
    • PayPal<\/strong> \u2013 Immediate payment and no additional costs.<\/li>
    • Bank transfer<\/strong> \u2013 Bank details will be provided after ordering. Shipping will take place once the payment has been credited to the Seller's account.<\/li>
    • Mark<\/strong> \u2013 Cash on delivery with a surcharge of \u20ac4.00<\/strong>. It is recommended to prepare the exact amount to be given to the courier.<\/li><\/ul>

      5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h4>

      Riserva Bio is committed to carefully packaging the products to ensure their integrity during transport.<\/p>

      Shipments are made via express courier<\/strong> with the following delivery times:<\/p>

      • 2 working days<\/strong> for most destinations;<\/li>
      • 3-4 working days<\/strong> for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and remote areas.<\/li><\/ul>

        Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>

        In periods of extreme temperatures<\/strong>, shipments can only be made within Wednesday<\/strong> to avoid the products remaining in the courier's warehouses for too many days.<\/p>

        Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer will receive anconfirmation email<\/strong> with the link to track the delivery.<\/p>

        If the courier cannot find the recipient, he will attempt a second delivery next working day<\/strong>. In case of non-receipt even on the second attempt, the package will go to stock<\/strong> and could be applied additional costs<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Riserva Bio is not responsible for any delays due to transport, but undertakes to provide support to the Buyer for the management of the delivery.<\/p>

        6. CHECK OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/h4>

        Upon delivery, the Buyer is required to check the integrity of the package. In the event of anomalies (open envelope, package closed with different tape, signs of tampering)<\/strong>, it is necessary sign with reservation of inspection<\/strong>, specifying the problem encountered.<\/p>

        Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery<\/strong>, using the email address info@lariservabio.it.<\/p>

        No complaints will be accepted after the deadline indicated.<\/p>

        7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/h4>

        Since it is about food products<\/strong>, for safety and hygiene reasons, The product cannot be returned once received<\/strong>.<\/p>

        8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/h4>

        The sales contract is deemed to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law<\/strong>.<\/p>

        For the resolution of any disputes, if the Buyer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of residence of the Buyer. In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Viterbo Forum<\/strong>.<\/p>
