Description

Our olives are harvested at the right level of ripeness, selected and preserved for approximately 4 months in brine. Then, once they have lost their bitterness, they are ground and mixed with our oil to give a fragrant product, with a pleasant flavour, suitable for many uses.
Excellent for bruschetta and for seasoning pasta.
